thank everything thats holy wala ko mo kuha sa ilaa, wifi is only intended as a short to medium range wireless connection, like cafe, airport, restaurant, office, home, etc hotspot not unless naa silay amplifier for 2.4Ghz for both client antenna and base station heheh.
Bro,
Naa koy kaila sa Telco anang imohang gi-post. As per him, ang Smartbro would cover at the maximum of 1.5km from its base station. Mao daw na ang pinaka-effective and reliable distance. More than that, you may experience some slow down in your connection but quite negligible. Naay parameters ang mga tigtaud ana nga gi-follow. In most cases daw kay Line-of-sight ang prolema anang putol-putol nga connection. Unless daw kun mamugos ang subscriber or bolok ang tigtaud.
Before, the introductory product daw is Wifi. Daan to cya nga Antenna ang gigamit (kadtong sa Meridian pa nga company), unlike now of which they are deploying its new Motorola Canopy which is much reliable to the previous one. Mao nga ni subscribe ko. So far, so good ilaha serbisyo unlike before.
Bag-o lang pud nga info ako nadunggan, naa konoy Smart made reflector equipment that would cater
up to 15km distance away from their base station. Much cheaper compared sa originally Motorola made reflector eqpt (php7,500.00 per unit) kay tag
php 500.00 ra daw. One time fee lang walay labot sa installation fee (if ever wala na gi-wave nga no installation fee) and the one month advance pay out sa subscription.
Under kin technical and quality testing pa daw ang barato nga eqpt.
So, what do you think mga bro?
For me, i'm contented with their service so far. I think, Smartbro (Smart Comm, inc firm) are trying hard to cater the willing public nga ganahan magka on-line.
Hope this info from a friend of mine would help other peoples innocent opinion.
Ok ra mga Bro and sis?
