naay changes sa salary, ni dako siya. so i guess this is positive. my wifes basic salary increased 30% and her allowance also increased to almost 20%. her agents salary also increased, some who has a basic of 15t now has 22t, others from 15t to 20t. she said that the increase in salary was based on how they perform during q3 and q4.
