hi! waaaa. diba we first brought her to the vet nya ingon sila ipa-admit daw kay dehydrated na kaau. well.. i decided to bring her to another vet to get a second opinion kay pag first pa-check up namo, wala jud gitarung explain why our dog is acting that way. wala diagnosis ba. wala gani gitarong ug check among dog. anorexic daw. like wtf right? diretso ra daw dextrosan and admit her for xxxxxpesoses! i won't tell nalang which vet clinic was that.

based sa recommendations diri, i brought her to animal kingdom this morning kay super luya na jud. thorough tests were done to our dog this time. gi parvo test, platelet count, stool exam, etc. and waa.. she only weighs half of her supposed weight. imbis 8kgs unta ang normal weight for her age, 4 kgs ra siya. luoy. there we found out that our dog is infected with amoeba that has been causing her diarrhea and vomiting. we had no choice but i-admit na jud siya. she has lost lots of fluids naman gud according to the vet. . she will still be observed within the next 2-3 days.

somehow i feel relieved kay at least karon, we now know the underlying cause and the course of treatment she will go through. unahon ug treat iyang dehydration then kadto dayun para sa iya amoeba and some antibiotics. i'm hoping she will respond well to her meds. i learned na like humans, when our dog gets sick, it's best to get a second opinion gyud.

pm lang naku nimu bro. nah, kung wala cguro to namo gipa-iv karon God knows what will happen to our puppy. dili na jud to madala ug force feed cause her fluid loss(vomit, diarrhea) is greater than her intake.

what did your vet told you? good? bad? will she make it?

^right now sir wala na siya nag vomit and diarrhea. we just visited her. ingun ang vet that's a gud sign. hope she makes more progress.. =) and i hope mukaon na siya so that she';ll start to get big already. hihi. for now di gihapon mu.eat.
