squid wanton: hehehee same ra ni sa lumpia, pero i chop the wanton to strips then top it up on the meat balls. ^_^

lasagna la inato: lasagna na pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce/spagmeat sauce/ basta oi naa tamatis. inato ragud na lasagna, (cornbeef optional), onion, ahos, tomatos, spinach if naa, if wala malongay. joke. hehehehe, billpeppers ofcorse, salt, sugar n pepper, quick melt para barato, if kaya go for mozzarella. pizza seasoning or italian seasoning.
preparation: boil water with oil n salt then add the pasta, careful kay naa pasta dali ra ma luto. then dice the onion, garlic, billpeper and tomatos. depende rapud ninyo gud. inato lang gud. clean spinach then clean lang.
cooking: heat pan, oil salt, then fry fry fry fry the mga lamas, hehehe. then ground beef dayon, then adjust the taste lang, then ang mga sauce dayon, sugar, adjust the taste, then spinach, then cornbeef para naa extra meat pero optional lang. ayaw sad hubas2 na wala najud sauce ok? then okay okay okay.
ang pagbutang, or layering IRING. hehehe get the pasta, butang sa glass na pang oven, rectangle basta nasulod ang lasagna. then add oil gamay from sa sauce nya, then pasta, then katong sauce with quick melt and seasoning, then pasta then sauce then quick melt and seasoning, then pasta then sauce and quick melt and seasoning then pasta then gamay or left overs nalng sa sauce, then quick melt dayon the mozarella then seasoning. then oven dayon for 20mins 350ang kainiton. basta i check lang jud ayaw pud kaayo paiga. hehehe
note: dont wet the oven glass, coz i will BOOOMM...... and whn u get the retangular glass na gilotoan sa lasagna, make sure whn u put it, it should be on dry surface like my face. hehehehe

uhong, tahong, crab lets, fish, pork and chicken para bicol express inato style. hehehe, luy-a, ahos, sibiyas dahon, coconut milk, chickn cube para add lasa sa sabaw niya, onion, siling sword na dili makamandag, hmmmmmmm billpeppers para colorfull rainbow. ^_^

carbonara sauce: milk, all purpose cream, chickn cube, water, salt and peper, quik melt, dice onion, dice garlic, dice bilpepers, then its up to you wat meat you will used. oyeaaaa. for thickening just mix water and cornstarch then mix it in. in low heat. ^_^

busiha jud sa trabaho, wala pakoy mahun-hunaan na i cook. hehehe. im not sure ani and wala papud ko ka try. corn oil, sardinas na fish naa sa merkado,carots, siling spada or silingkulikot, dahon ni laoril, paminta. butilya pang spanish sardines btaw.
clean fish, ok ra walay ulo/or naay ulo/ naay himbis or wala/ basta clean and get the laman luob. then asini, and steam mga 2 to 3hours or pressured cooker mga 1hour or 2. basta sure na ma cook. i apil nalng pud ang carots na gi himbisan n gichop pa circle.
cooked na fish n carots, get butilya, put carot below deep under, then 3 or 4 sardinas fish, kutob sa maarang, then sili, then paminta then dahon ni laurel. then the corn oil dayon. mga mo lapas sa fish ok? then set adise more like 1 2 3 4 months. para mo gawas jud ang halang. pero i search ni for more info basn kulang ko sa akong gipang share.
