@Maddox22 and @Cromagnon - So inyo parents na minyo sa Manila?! Since ingon man na dapat sa temple jud mag minyo... So tanan mormons or LDS na mag minyo sa Manila ga e held ang ceremony.?!

Mormons live like your basic everyday folks except no caffeine or alcohol. Their scriptures include "The Book of Mormon", [insert your story of origin here] in 1845 or so in New York state.
Amish are more conventionally Christian, and live an intentionally "simple" life, no electrictity or cars. They originated mostly in Germany, I believe. They're heard of most often in Pennsylvania. (You gotta see the movie "Witness" with Harrison Ford.) The similar (but not so aggressively "simple") Mennonites are more spread around the country (I've seen some Mennonites in their horse-drawn buggies within 60-80 miles of Kansas City.)

Unsa man sad naa dri sa sulod?! cguro, mora ni og Hogwarts na daghan rooms like libraries na full of books that are about LDS. and other rooms for minister or something...

r u in US right now?
    yes... Somewhere in Washington DC.
Anyway, My Boyfriend and I used to go in Baltimore, Maryland or somewhere in North. To get there mo agi mo og route 495 Express Way. Dba dri sa states, basta mo agi ka sa mga express way, sa kilid ana puno og trees... as in, klc2x, Pine trees and uban pa na mga dako.. Tapos, every time mo agi mo ani na location somewhere in Maryland, still near in DC, bisag naa paka sa layo, makit-an na nimo ang tumoy bitaw sa temple, kanang morag tao na naa'y horn. tapos iyang mga tusok2x na morag castle jud. Both of us jud ma curious jud kung unsa toh' everytime mo labay me... we thought it's a university in MD. or some Castle or kanang morag Enchanted Kingdom type bitaw or amusement park... never thought that would be the temple in LDS here in DC. grabeh jud, I just found out that yesterday when nangita ko og mga pictures sa temple sa Manila throught this website LDS Temples - Mormon Temples - Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mao ni, everytime mo labay me, mao ra ni among makit-an, mao curious jud me duha. hehehe

Never thought, ina ani jud kaayo ka DAKO!!! grabeha oie, Gusto nuon ko mo adto, I mean, dili trip2x, kanang tour bitaw, kuan man gud ko, kanang mahilig ko og mga tour2x, to gain knowledge pod bah, dba?! hehehe

so as the last picture, dha sa kilid bitaw, far left, kita mo anang road, diha me mag agi pa adto sa Maryland. tapos among makit-an ra ang morag tumoy2x sa temple which look like castle, kay na paligiran baya sa trees. hehehe

I mean do you believe in Angels?!

so pwde ra magpakasal sa regular church?! not in the temple?!

Depende ug asa ka gikan, from south or from north towards Baltimore.

For as a suggestion , since ur really curious about this temples , why not get married there and experience eternal Life. Building a family under the church is for me the best way. compared to other religion.

Ur children at a young age, will already be given responsiblity sa church. They also have sunday schools. although if u have a boy at 19 he will be oblige to go on a mission and return as a Man(which what i rejected). There's actually a lot of activities. although medjo strick in u lifestyle. but im sure ull have a happy family.

    Yes he is an angel
and this is from wiki -
The Angel *****i (pronounced /mɒˈroʊnaɪ/) is an angel that Joseph Smith, Jr. claimed visited him on numerous occasions, beginning on September 21, 1823. The angel was the guardian of the golden plates, which Smith said were buried in a hill near his home in western New York, and which he said were the source material for the Book of Mormon. *****i is an important figure in the theology of the Latter Day Saint movement, and is featured prominently in Mormon architecture and art. Three Witnesses besides Joseph Smith said they saw *****i in 1829 visions, as did several other witnesses who each said they had their own vision.

well this is all i can see inside. i think naay mga sculpture didto na naay 7 ka cows. nag represent sa 7 weeks of famine or 7 weeks of abundance. im not sure
mormon temple inside - GOOGLE Image Search

well just as said u can only be married in a Temple not in chappels.

U'r really streached up my knowledge on the church bisan walla nako nag active didto .
well im sure maddox knows alot more than me. Basin this would be the reason na mobalik ko pag ka theist , lol.
all i can say is OK man ang environment didto , ila lang jud kung pa missionon for 2years nga dili jud nko mabuhat. but i suggest it to others but not myself. but most return missionaries , they did experience a lot - criticism , temptation , fear etch . but when they comeback they always say the same thing na nindot kuno au sa field.

Asa diay ka nga ward sauna? Ana gyud na bro. Daghan gyud trials and challenges. Even now I'm still struggling. Mao na'y giingon nga the more ka maduol sa simbahan the more mudaghan imo trials. But what I keep thinking is that ang importante dili ko madiscourage bisag unsa pa akong nabuhat sa past kay I know the Lord will always forgive me as long as I keep trying.

About sa temples... The main purpose of an LDS temple is to perform 'higher' ordinances that cannot be performed in ordinary chapels.

Higher ordinances are (that are necessary for this life):
    1. Endowment
    2. Temple marriage
    3. Family sealing
    4. Baptism for the dead

These ordinances require a higher 'priesthood' office and authority and key to be performed.

So the temple is a place to perform these ordinances. If you would go inside the temple you would see different rooms where the said ordinances are performed. Of course there's a waiting hall, CR, dressing area, temple president's office, and other offices, etc...

But there's one thing I can say about the temple, it is holy. God is present in the temple.

That's why each member of the church is encouraged to go to the temple regularly to renew their covenants. Fortunately they are constructing a temple in Cebu now. And I think hapit na mahuman. So people in Mindanao and Visayas won't have to go to Manila.

    @cromagnon

Capitol Ward ko sauna then transferred to Lahug 5th Ward then now nako Pampanga karon. I'm attending Mabalacat Ward.

I attended institute sauna pa college days (1997-2000) before ko nag-mission. Naa pa sa Sikatuna ang institute ato nga time.

bro, daghan kaayo ko amigo nga wala nag-mission. the church doesn't force coz it's against its very principle of free agency. kung naa ma'y nag-ingana nimo then sayop to siya.
