-When I wake up in the morning I drink at least 4 glassess of water.
-My beakfast I always eat Oates (no sugar or milk just oates & hot water)
-I stopped eating fatty foods, like peanuts, junked fuds, & specially processed meats & beefs.
-Mag hike ko pasingot pirme at least 4-times a week from colon st. to fuente osmeņa circle- vice versa.
-I eat my dinner with utan bisaya, I always go to carbon at night &
buy any kinds of fresh fruits & vegetables.
-No more fast foods, no more softdrinks & powder-made juice.
