this globe broadband thing really pisses me off lately. kosug kaayo manawag sa haus urging u to sign up & get subscription. then kng subscriber nka & if ur looking for help or you have complaints-- no one i mean "NO ONE" will attend to ur needs. & if ur lucky some operator answered ur call -- they will refer u to a non- existent service line or a very rude, unpleasant operator slams ur call.
not only me 2 assistant sad nko sa office pretty much the same situation. I end up yelling at everybody in the office over this blow hoe service last week. i hate poor marketing scams!
usually outsource man ang marketing ana lol
yeah they hire a call center to market their service. I suggest you send an email to the higher ups. They'd quickly reply to your querries or problems, sending an email is the easiest way to get in touch with them. customercare@innove.com.ph
