    Don't fight it. Work with it!

    Stress is good if it is managed well (e.g. ang stress maoy makapamata nimu kung naa pa ka tiwasonon na dapat na mahuman). Dapat naa kay right amount of stress sa imung life to stay happy. Dapat maintain na, you have to have enough challenge in your life para naa ka goal pirme. And naa ka sense of fulfillment when you reach that goal.

    Ang mkadaot is ang over-stressed ug under-stressed. Over-stress happens when you have a lot of responsibilities in your hands. Having multiple goals na dili na realistic. You have to set goals na sakto ra sa imung capacity pud. Ang mahitabo man gud, you lose the sense of control in your life kung over-stressed ka, having so many things to do in so little time. Usually this ends in disappointment in not achieving your unrealistic goals. And if not managed will cause depression.

    Under-stress happens pud kung na-bored na ka, meaning sayon ra kaayo imung goals, walay challenge imung job or something like that. Take on more responsibilities when this happens, challenge yourself. Then importante dapat naa ka self-discipline in putting actions to your goals.

    If you're over-stressed then maybe your putting too much responsibilities on your shoulders. Step back and re-evaluate your priorities. Maybe you need to give up some of your goals that are in the bottom of your list.

    how about a pet like fishes, dog or birds....like for me, just by watching them wla dayun ako stress...

    Have a good rest and nap, eat 3 times a day at the right time, take a vitamins always especially with vitamin c...
