good day.. im bound for new zealand.. but nisangit ko sa ako medical,, i first took my blood chem last june 22 and the sgpt came out high- 92 ang result.. the doctor said na ishould abstain from alcohol 1-2 weeks and exercise lang.. gisunod nako.. after 2 weeks i came back to velez to have my sgpt check d result went down to 80.4 a lil bit high pa ghapon.. my doctor again said na another 2 weeks na sad of alcohol abstinence,,exercise nd a lil diet plus he prescribed me legalon 140mg 1 cap 3x a day.. i just wanna ask effective ba ang legalon? then i heard in this forum about godex,, ok ba ang godex pagpaubos sa sgpt? coz i reli want to lower my sgpt in one week time.. thanx daan..

before taas sad kaau ko ug SGPT mga 120 sad almost na 3x ang normal so nag pa check up ko gi pa take ko ug ESSENTIALLE FORTE for 3 mos. then diet jud dapat lihay na ug mga fatty foods, inum and exerice jud after 1 month nag pa laboratory ko ug balik so far ni normal na and until now normal na jud....

Guys do you have any idea how to speed up to lower the elevated SGPT. OK man tanan test pati complete profile sa dugo pero elevated pa gihapon. I dont drink anymore.

Any food or diet should I take or do perhaps?

ma elevate na imo SGPT if ma damage imo liver/ heart... na admit ko chong hua last 2 weeks and was diagnosed with fatty liver... taas au akong SGPT.. murag godex man to ang tambal gehatag sa doctor... heheh daghan man kau mga medications gud.. nawala nasad ang recita... pa consult nlang sa doctor para ma examine ka ug tarong...

share lang naku aku experience about having high SGPT...

i once had high SGPT levels... 400 jud toh akua... i was advised to take essentiale forte... but then mahalan ra jud ku kay tag 29 ang usa tapos twice a day... unya ang effect kay like 1/4 lang ang ibaba after a month... so ayun... on and off ku sa pagtake niya...

a friend then told me nga sa US, naa siya kaila nga gtake ug milk thistle extract... n.ubos jud daw ang SGPT after a month's use... sa aku mind at that time, unsa kaha nang milk thistle...

so g.reserach ku sa net and indeed, its an alternative and natur'es med for the liver...

timing pud au nga naa ku friend hu is in this business selling US based products... i told her about my prob and recommended me Hepasil by USANA... so... i decided mukuha and mutry kai ingon siya nga milk thistle extract daw ni siya...

before taking the med, i had myself checked sa lab... i had 30+nga SGPT level... i tried the med for a month and after that had myself checked...

n.amazed ku sa result kay after a month's use, niubos ug one half ang aku SGPT! wow! so working jud diay siya!

ayun... im maintining the med na to prevent my SGPT to elevate... aku niya i.try nga stop ug one month and then pacheck... hehehehe... pero so far, im staying with this kay once a day ra siya tapos tag 24 pesos lang...

will keep u posted niya what happened to me when i stopped taking it... hehehehehe... ill be recommending this one to my friend and ill have her check her SGPT level as well, before and after the medication...

Godex ako gi inum saona. Effective ni nga tambal kung apilan pud nimu ug saktong food intake like avoiding food cooked in oil. Hinuon dili kaayo taas ako sgpt between 60 and 70 ra so after 2-3 weeks ni normal ra ug balik ang reading.
