One week nako nga wala maka-smoke. Prior to that, I consumed about at least five sticks a day. It's not really a "craving" for me. I can survive a day or days without it (and now a week and hopefully beyond).

I wasz on my 2nd day of keeping my lungs nicotine-free but it just so happened I saw this sign and it read: fck you for not smoking. So here I am again wasting my oxygen and money for this sh|t. I just can\'t stop it.

smoker ko for 13 years. sa una. 1 to 3 packs a day. for the past year. 1 pack per day. maybe 30 sticks most. chain smoker ko kau. as in.
ng research ko ang electronic cigarette for the past 2 years. bago ug expensive unya waay information ug reviews. pru kron. ng suway ko.
for d past 6 months mg smoke lng ko murag 1-5 sticks per day.
it's the habit thats a problem. not d nicotine. i even started selling them. cause nindot kau.
and CONS is that mg super adik ka ang "habit" cgeg smoke. mg smoke ko 2 hours straight. haha. grabe.
pru unsa ang mas worse. 4000 + chemicals ug 50 cancer causing or ang nicotine lng.
this probably isn't better than actually quitting. PRU. it helps. a lot.
