    pwedi man na bai..attend lang sa ila seminar kay requirement man jud nang seminar sa pagibig loan..
    pero i think dapat titled jud ang lot bai na imo tukuran and under your name jud..

    Unsay gubang requirements sa pag-ibig about ani nga klase sa pag loan aside from titled ang lot?
    I heard mn gd na dapat nasugdan na nimog tukod daan ang balay before approbahan sa pag-ibig imo loan.
    I ask this lang here usa kay wala pako time mo attend ug seminar sa pag-ibig, conflict man gd ako sched sa ilang office hours then sayang sad kaayo i leave kay gamay nalang nabilin sa akong allowable leaves.

    like sa banko bro no sa BDO amo contractor man gud hatag siya budget namo 1.9M pero policy man gud nila spotcash nga 30% jud then ilaha na dayon itukod ang house upon completion 5-7 months mag sugod na dayon ka bayad sa 70% balance..mao medjo bug-at man gud kay duha ka unit amo plan i tukod one for me and my wife and one for my cousin mao nag inquire ko kung pwede ba ni makuha nga whole amount sa pag ibig kay at least nahug siya ug akong i cash sa contractor then maka avail pako sa ila discount kung ma soptcash nako...upon approval sa pag ibig
    wa naman gud update ang TS ani nga thread mao kung naa naka experience dha like our case now plz share sad..

    pls need help asap.

    my question. i availed of pag ibig loan 1.5m. my monthly amort is 15k++ for 30 years.lets say after a year i have 500k, can i pay in advance the principal? if yes my principal will go down to around 1m, i know that my monthly amort will not change right?

    say again after 3 yrs i got 1million and applied to principal, meaning hurot na ang principal ka bayran. am i correct to say that i am completely fully paid?
