Anyway, there was a post here saying that Sasuke will complete the jutsu (chidori) but after re-reading the manga again, Kakashi completed the jutsu when he obtained the Sharingan. That's the only way to utilize the chidori safely since one can see the opponents counters. So that only those with sharingan can use Chidori. Recently in the manga Sasuke manages to use new variants of the jutsu such as the chidori current.
