agree jud ko ana.. your better off with other calll centers.. mag wonder jud ko why na consider na ang other TLi's (TL under training).. If your in the company, dont apply for a TL kay dili assured na adjust imong sweldo after 6 months and unpaid imong OT. same lng ka rate sa agent. wla man gni ko nangapply as TLi.
Financial account is 16k as long as u were hired in manila and transferred here...

@greywolf: yes, its written in the contract jud nga kato ra mag work ug 10pm-6am ang maka avail sa ila allowance...i was even thinking nga basin ug day shift tanan nila agents nya gi suwat2x lang nila sa contract nga ang mag work ug GY ang maka avail sa allowance (which means, walay maka avail)...hahaha

Kanang mga maau kaau mo english who have american accent ayaw nlng mo daun if ang bayot ang mo final interview ninyo kay dili mo niya dawaton kay dili cya gusto naa pay mas mo maayo niya... he's easily intimated by those people who can really speak well.... faet!

Because you failed in the final interview, it does'nt give you the ultimate right to post negative things about that person.. I belong to VMU batch 12 and he was the one who conducted the final interview in almost all of us, he was very nice and accomodating. I must admit that he speaks very well in english that made us all quite intimidated but it is not his fault if he could speak that well in american english.

His questions during the Final Interiview were so tough,, which is good and that goes to show that he is very carefull in choosing the right people to join ICT.

I worked before in Teletech and he was still the one who interviewed and hired me. He was very cool and friendly.

Good thing "FrozenThrone" that you never got the chance to join ICT and you were not able to make it in the Final Interview, since we don't want to have teammates who are as barbaric and as uneducated like you.

Basing it on your "POSTINGS" and the choice of words....
It made us all ask. Who is Bitchy? Who is Fagot? And who has no manners?

Obviously it's you "Frozenthrone" and "Chix_gurl".

And I just got one thing! Before posting messages in "Istorya.net" check first your grammar and spelling since it degrades your morale.

And made us believe that the two of you "Frozenthrone" and "Chix_gurl" had never been to college.

"Frozenthrone" and "Chix_gurl", We would advice you not apply in callcenters and better yet sell candles and candies in the cemetery.

Or go back to your provinces and "Plant camote". It that way, you could have a brighter future.
Again, If you were not able to make it in the Interview never blame the interviewer. Better evaluate yourselves and move on.

Anyway you can re-apply after 6 months, that if you will pass.
