No need for basking lamp, as Sir Gilbz said, these are nocturnal creatures and they hate bright lights.
Heat pad isn't good unless you have them in an air conditioned room.
Here is my opinion.
Ang dragons, expensive inig start, big tank, lights, tile flooring, etc.. But once ma setup nimu tarung its not that hard anymore, and it gets easier after the first year. If mag tiled flooring ka, kung mag POO sila, limyuhan ra nimu, no need to change anything pero 3 times a day sad ka mu feed (within the first year) For the whole day you can play with them, look at them in their tank. At night 6pm lights out nana sila ang tulog and you can wrap them in a small towel to keep them warm as they sleep, they love it.
And LGs, once a day ra nimu a i feed and change lang ka beddings mga atleast once a day. Pero mag hide sad sila most of the day, kay matulog and night sila mugawas sometimes rasad. Pero ma handle nimu sila, cool kaayo kay grabeh ka docile but slowly lang kay ilang tale dali ra ma tang tang pareho sa tiki, in defense.
