akong opinion is in addition to the cases of crimes conducted by people in motorcycle... it's the babies or small children riding these motorcycles. i see them most of the time and i feel really scared for them. motorcycle is hazardous enough for adults, how much more for very small children. these very small children don't wear protective devices maybe coz walay maigo sa ilaha. ipatunga lang sila in between adults in the motorcycle. delikado kaayo and it's not advisable gyud oi to let these babies/children ride motorcycles. i hope the government will look into that pud.

that's good if there's already an ordinance for that, at least there are measures for safety. sayang pud kung ang implementation kulang.

No back riders? That's ridiculous!! A better way is to implement a law that would require everybody both the driver and back riders alike to wear protective gears. Helmets are not enough, dapat naa pud mga pads in the arms and even on the legs.

What the heck is wrong with people? Why do we always come up with very impractical and very illogical solutions?!! Unsa na pu'y sunod? Kinahanglan tanang motor butangan ug side car?
