technically if the girl had been separated a long time already but their marriage has not been annulled.. under the eyes of God and society...she is legally a wife still w/ her estranged husband.

Annulment here in the Philippines involves tremendous amounts of money. Even to file an annulment takes a lot of time and a lot of money to spend. It takes a lot of court hearings, whole lot of time and money involved.

Yes, because if it's just dating once or twice.. then it's okay for me... anything successive than that is a NO NO..
