Yes,India is one of the fastest developing country in the world especially nga they on IT and BPO industry.I think lupigon pa gani nila ang SINGAPORE ug CHINA.But for me CHINA and INDIA are the best IT countries in ASIA f mag join forces lang sila.Sayang lang kay d magkasinabot.

I never seen a sinaporean programmer as good as people in india and china... and take note... a lot of companies here lead by filipino programmers... even in network side. yes, bosses and manager's are not filipinos... these companies tend to hire china and india because they are cheap and stay longer years on the company.... they easily get contented... few filipinos were hired... their job? simply to train other nationalities, and lead the project team... of course, all these depends upon the company and the uper management... but as what I have observed in every successful PROJECT there's always a Philippine Flag behind.
