We do political and market surveys, dai..Basically, we call Americans and ask them about certain products and issues that concern them..

When talking with the whites, pareho raman guro ang level sa stress since we also have to convince them to take the time in answering our questions..In terms of the schedule, ours is more fixed compared to other companies within the industry..The pay is good, and we have our free meal allowance of P60..After regularization, there is the rice allowance and transportation allowance..There was also the attendance bonus when I was still an agent, but I'm not sure if naa pa na xa karon..

For CL, the location is an advantage since she lives in Lapu2..But, when you are happy with what you do, nothing really matters except that..

I, for example, am living in Minglanilla but my employment with Western Wats will turn 2 years next month..I guess, it's all about enjoying what you do..

attendance bonus is still there for b2b agents only. they call it shift bonus. it is 10 percent of ur basic pay. maau na lang reward sa walay late ug absences. hehehe

ei dude, u mentioned u juz started two weeks ago.. i have something to ask bwt the pay for the new agents. there were rumors mn gd that the pay for the new hirees will be stagnant it will stay there forever. r u on a 6x6 sched? u r rcving starting pay of 14k? were u informed that it will just stay theredo u have an idea bwt this. pls tel me it's not true since my friend wanted to go back with wats but i dont have info on this rumor. i want to assure her that the basic pay will stil increase after regularization. my brother will also apply this end of the month. so i want to be sure. bati na ang wats if tinood man gni na.
