Here's my experience long time ago:

We received an email from a customer who needs our support, I called him immediately to solve his problem. After solving his problem I gave him the final spiel, "Thank you for calling our support line!" Bangas ka! Will never forget that day! all smiles =)

cust: u f*cking incompetent (blah blah blah) screams and all that other blah blah..
agent: is this a CHASE cc?
customer spells out bank of america.. while screaming and then a curses at the end at agent,,
agent;sir this is chase..
customer: oh... (stammering) err. sorry. hangs up
