Don't get me wrong Jordan is till my favorite player...but you're blind if you don't give credit to Kobe.Â* Like I said...I used to not liking Kobe but slowly he's making a believer out of me.Â* True that Kobe is a ballhog but so is Jordan.Â* Whether Kobe can lead his team alone to the championship...only time will tell and so far he is doing a good job..he just needs better people around him.Â* Kobe MAY OR MAY NOT surpass MJ but so far you can't blame him if he is compared to his Airness since he has the swagger, skills and killer instinct and so far he is the CLOSEST that the NBA has right now to MJ.

Assists stats? sure glad to oblige.Â* WHo says Kobe can't pass and don't involve teammates....as you can see he is improving.Â* Besides when both are 21...the difference is 1.93 assist...there are years when Kobe put up bigger assists than MJ or at least a very close difference.Â* Even the year nga when Kobe was alone but injured, they have a difference of 1-2 assists per game average...very insignificant on a per game basis.

Well there you go. you asked for it naa na ang mga stats hehehe. Bai Archer you dislike kobe so much that you are blinded by his achievements. I think youre someone who pretends to know his basketball, scoring 81 at this basketball age is not a feat too easy to do. Yes ballhog or croc, but then again, every scoring leader is. Wala nitawag na buwaya si jordan? man! how old are you by the way? tan.aw na ba ka NBA during the 80's? listen to the commentators. I hate MJ sauna as much as you hate kobe now, first because he is a ballhog, second they won over my Lakers in the 91 championships. But after he came back to the game i realized how great he is, and im matured enough to see his greatness without my hatred towards him blinding me.

honestly, I dislike Kobe in his early years, who wouldn't if you're a laker fan? He threw bunch of airballs in the 1997 conference semifinals against the Utah Jazz. But 3 championships! shaq-kobe, they complimented each other. This season? look at their line-up? A bunch of journeymen with a possibility to contend in the playoffs.

what's the difference between these two great players of all times? although Kobe Bryant has done something spectacular on his career that includes having 81 points sa iyang duha last time but still why is it nga dili man kaayo sya gi hail og maayo like ni Michael Jordan? .. erm, Kobe never mentioned that he will be the next micheal jordan. The press made it so. But LEBRON did. His first bad move was to don micheal's magic number 23. Then he did all this promising talk that he will be the next jordan. The kid has talent but no originality.

the lakers have odom. he can be a better player if given more shots. just like the number he posted in miami. kwame brown is another potential, he could be compared to sombody like ben wallace. he got the built, he just needs improvement and a little confidence.

well, kobe is a really good player (individually), if he could just get his teammates involved, the lakers could be a better team. its so easy to guard one man than five
