Here's what I got from www.speedtest.com.sg for the 8k plan from PLDT

Download Speed: 5636 kbps (704.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 835 kbps (104.4 KB/sec transfer rate)


Download Speed: 6011 kbps (751.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 831 kbps (103.9 KB/sec transfer rate)

This seems to be ok. But the issues are now just within the PLDT network, the routing is a big issue too, and the congestion every afternoon. And they just accept more and more subscriber, every single day...
With short words, the biggest issue is PLDT itself...

you mean 1mbps data only? location nako is here in colon swerte2x lng tngali na sa location ky la gyud kaau ko problem sa ako line for a year now, 1 time lng ko naka experience 1 day down ako connection
