Hit on the Avatar (left side of the name of the poster). A new window will appear and then hit the envelope icon on the upper right hand corner.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working with developers to resolve some of the issues. As this is a branded app, there isn't much that we can do. However, once we are capable, we will build our own in the future.
