Everything that the moderator is complaining about is mostly if not all in this section on Relationships and 'Love is'. Going by the forum rules, it says:

5. Make sure that the topic you are about to start with have not been discussed already. Please use the search feature first. Any redundant topics will be locked or deleted on sight.

It does not say sanctions will be imposed on those who start or patronize a particular thread. While rules may be changed, the reasons have to be more than just being annoyed by the stupidity of some posts (as determined by the moderator and not by the users). The option to delete on site is his, so why burden the members with sanctions when something stupid for him may not be for another? What if at the spur of the moment someone can identify to a thread and replies only to be muted by the moderator later based on his sole decision that it was 'stupid'?

This 'love is' topic is popular as people from all walks of life can identify with the many different situations however trivial or stupid it may seem to others. If the management of istorya.net feels and thinks that this section is irrelevant and does not serve them well, then perhaps they should just remove this section altogether. But if it's just for the convenience of the moderator who feels annoyed by the job of deleting redundant and 'stupid' threads as the rules say, then maybe he should ask to be transferred to another section and the job of moderating be given to someone who is more attuned to the sentiments of those who patronize this section.

In the end, the choice to read and reply to a thread belongs to the member. The choice to delete a redundant and 'stupid' thread belongs to the moderator. Why can't we just keep it that way and not punish anyone for 'istorya's' sake. After all, here, 'it's more than just talk!'

I honestly like your point boss. You explained it pretty well. Not sure if naa ba standard platform sa mga sanction that correlates on the gravity of the offense pero if there is, then it would be nice and fair to everyone.

Maybe it's time for a CHA-CHA Istorya version?

Or better yet, ayaw i-count ang posts sa "Love is" nga section. Just a personal thought ha. Daghan man gud mosabay anang mga inana nga thread kay padugang sa posts count. Guilty sometimes here.
