Ang key is ang pagsulod man siguro sa US. Lisud pud kung interview ka working visa kay magcashier ka sa walmart. Or naay nipetition nimo nga employer kay himoon kang tiglimpyo sa motel. Unless, naa naka sa US.
But for people nga mangapply pa lang ug working visa, of course, dapat naa jud kay gamay na credentials or else naay 3 ka indian sa kada 1 nga Pinoy na pwede nila ihire.

More like waiting game lng ang pag apply visa boss. Ang basic requirements lng dapat then pwede nka e lodge, di jd dpat nindot credentials. For. Ex. RN with the basic req NCLEX, on going exp sa hospital will have the same chance sa another RN with 30 yrs exp, Masters. Dghan ko kauban dri ngilngig kaayo credentials s pinas pero took them 8-10 years nga mka ari, then ila mga partner to kill the boredom dri nag work s walmart, assistant s hospital, then nag skwela ug nursing and eventually nag tukod na ug buisness ang uban.

Mao lagi na, kay naa naman sila diha. But for those wala pa diha, credentials would still be needed bisan pa ug basic or unsa pa.

Ako point boss ug e clarify from the previous post nga dli need ngilngig imo credentials pra mka anhi sa US. Bsin uban mga tao nag think need ka mag masters, phd, certifications pra mas mpadali imo pag ari. Thats on the health care side hinuon since dghan kaayo pinoy nka ari for working in the health care industry. Tho credentials would help you get a higher starting hourly rate.

we are a nurse recruiter before and we stop. because USCIS doesnt approve so with US Hospitals doesnt petition RN/ BSN outside US. Also needed if you expect to have green car from your parents or marriage petition. expect additional subject requirement for US enrollment in US nursing schools. Our BSN credentials lacks some 6 or 9 subects only available in US.

Reality, even if BSN grad with 2 or more yrs of Phil hospital experience they dont credit it nowadays unless one is a masters degree. mostly they end up as LPN. sadly there are states doesnt accept LPN anymore. they even require RN to become BSN

its an advantage if train or works in specialty nursing like dialysis center, cardiac unit etc etc. they consider that

there is also requirements in taking masters degree in US leading to Nurse Practitioner, 2yrs US hospital experience before enrolled to such graduate studies. 2 of my kids did it after 2yrs US hospital experience.

becoming a US masters degree grad or NP is easy step to green card. USCIS approved it easily there is unlimited quota for masters degree

please dont misinterpret that if you have green card from the petition of your parents, spouse it will be an easy job becoming something especially a BSN.

sustainable income in US are medical related courses because of high income offer. other than that one has to workdouble job for their housing / car payable n others.
