hi i have been reading this for the longest time this post been very helpful. i wonder if regin still remembers i bought a fishing rod for my son 2 or 3 months ago at your shop and texted you last nov 8 and finally had my son try fishing at porter. he had a great time doing CNR as you suggested. My 10 year old son just does'nt stop asking me to go back again fishing, in fact he wants to go back there this sat as there is a tournament daw at porter. His interest level in fishing is so high, well as a father i am interested too but my issue is time i need your advise as he is still 10 and just wants to go fishing most of the time, am not sure if indulging him into fishing is a good idea since it does need a lot of time. He already told me that when summer comes he wants to go fishing every sat and sun. Need some of your valuable inputs and advises.

by the way.. bonding with father and Son is priceless especially if its well documented with a photograph.. it will create one lasting memory that will be cherished by both of you.

fishing teaches us how to be patient, while we wait patiently for a bite, it doesn't stop our minds from thinking.. what to do next or what strategy will be done it doesn't make our minds lazy.

if he was my son I'd be excited to know that when summer comes he will be with me fishing.

you can allocate 2-3hrs of fishing a week if time is really hectic for u.

there are free fishing areas to that you might want to explore with the 2 of you or hooked-up with the guys here.

Hopefully I get to hooked up with you guys one of this fine days. if you see a father and son fishing in one of the spots with a little girl and their mother its us. I also need to do a lot of learning in fishing as we really are beginners on this but my son he identifies so many kinds of fish and is way better than me i even bought a coffee table book on fishing for him to satisfy his interest. That's good to hear boss, whenever im in cebu Id always spend sometime bonding with my wife and daughter.
my daughter is just 2yrs old going 3 and i always asked her at home if she wants to fish.. I know it was just nothing to her
but whenever i go for pond fishing just to play with some fish I brought her along.

Very nice pic bro!!! its a good time bond actually with family hopefully it sinks in with me am just to engross on living a fast life in the corporate world and feels time is wasted specially when we are still young its like slowing down! but thats my ultimate goal to slow down and fish when i retire harass pa ako feeling ron to work and work and save my grandfather and father used to fish too and my son saw that in my father and heard that my grandfather also loves fishing probably thats why he also wants to do it both of them have passed away the recent was my father they talked about fishing a lot and i cant relate ako murag cant be bothered sorry guys let's go back fishing!!! cheers!!!
