Well, hello thar!Newbie here.

Not to attack Qualfon (or any supporters), but according to my friend Q is not a good place to work if you want to find a stable job . A starting job is maybe a bit okay. You know, for the resume. A little glitter per se.

I just came from a job interview yesterday, and one of my fellow interviewees was asked about his work experience in Q and why he resigned there. He simply said that the pay was low, the staff were unprofessional (not my words), and that he doesn't like the shifting schedules.

But to those who want to apply there, see for your selves. You know, if makaauyon ba mo sa environment and sa ilang procedures. It depends on a person if they can handle situations better than some others. Try and work there and comment here about your experience

on top of that, businesses wouldn't be doing business anymore with Q and Q won't be getting clients because of bad credit score (bad employer namang kaha). hihihi.. they won't be accepted by organizations or will be turned down for such.

- btw, na aprob paman sad ko sa CC application nako sa citibank, using Q ITR lagi.. hihih.. 2 credit cards with 40k each kada limit. and i also got a car using Q ITR sa akong loan. so what are you talking about? but of course, ur info might be right because my car loan was last year of nov 2011 and credit card app was last year dec 2011. but then again i was using Q ITR.

- as for the hoppers, i think your referring to the employees right? btw, this ain't just a problem with Q ng mga hoppers kay almost all bpo's has this prob. just talked with the managing director of the new bpo, he told me same problem in manila. the hoppers .

even other big centers are under negative job code @FB. auto fail application because most agents are not paying their credit cards etc it's a known fact why these days it's hard to approve loan/credit card applications. negative job code is a term we use for centers/companies that are in our watch list for various reasons.lol (it's funny how i try to explain negative job code with this kind of company.) LOL

why would Q's CCM sue me for damages? WHAT's the basis oi. haha KALERKI i did not tag them as nega and it's duh obvious and it's happening even in other centers. call centers are mostly considered as nega coz agents will not stay very long in a specific company. sue all the banks and ask WHY

we don't share any infos to other banks fyi.

as ive said, it depends also with the other criteria= if you have high annual income, position, tenureship etc (ive been using ETC coz im lazy to discuss and elaborate)
