OT: China isn't communist, it has been a de facto capitalist one-party state since the time of Deng Xiao Peng. Don't bother commenting on things you have absolutely no idea about. And could you kindly tell me what the hell communism has to do with our justice system and the Webb case? Last I checked, communism is a political system, not a system of justice? You know what don't even bother answering, as I'm quite certain the post will be so garbage it will make anyone reading it retarded. Get back on topic or gtfo. You wanna comment on my post about China, then go to that thread and comment on it like a normal person would do instead of going into another thread and polluting it with garbage that has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

not just that, the prosecution failed to rebutt the testimony of the NBI lawyer who said na she told him that she will play the role of the eye witness since her witness doesn't want to show up. The argument of the defense that she's an asset of NBI and that she has access to files in the bureau were not contested by the prosecution. haaay... sloppy and mediocre work by the prosecution.

gibasa gyud nako ang tibuok sc decision. pwerting taasa. but at least I know that based on the prosecution statements, the prosecution didn't PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt the Webb was guilty. Si alfaro ra witness. They didn't refute the defense evidences that Webb was out of the country.

Correct! naglibog bitaw ko why there were alot of evidences the defense presented na wala lang nila tagae ug pansin like the testimony of the nbi lawyer, the videos ni webb, igo ra sila nag argue na dali ra daw ma edit ang videos, but never presented evidence to prove the same. Also, although the defense presented videos bearing dates before and after the murders, the prosecution did not strive to gather documentary evidence of transactions of Webb on the date of the murders or near the murders to make their case stronger. Syaro, atleast 3 days before and after June 29/30 wala sya'y gebayran or any other transaction.
