i was assosiated with emax for almost 2 years. i resigned last sept this year.
just to let you know...grabe ang politika did2!
akong team was one of the pioneers but wala nila tagda coz most of my teammates are pro-agents...
imagina...shortlisted ang 5 namu for PAs then next week napulihan mig mga bag-o na murag 3 months pa na regular compared namu na tag 1 year na kapin...and eventually, katong napuli namu maoy nanga PA!
naa pakoy amigo na 2 years na kapin, no attndance issues or absences, but wala jd nadawat basag TL man lang...
not to mention the salary...grabe ang mga magic dre especially sa attendance bonus...mawagtang lang ug kalit..kung mu dispute ka...after 5 months pa nmo makuha, kana kung mag cge kag hasol2x nila para ila nang lihokon...
ang matrix kada buwan nag saka pero ang sweldo wa jd!...
before...11-12k every 15th day sayon ra keu kuhaon..karon malipay naka kung naa kay 8k...
soooo sad....that's why me and the rest of the tenured agents decided to leave...
awa nig human ug hatag sa 13th month pay...magbaha ang mang resign dha...naay duha ka team mawagtang..
