- why i left? because another Co offered me another post of which i'm quite comfortable with. and it's what i love doing. satisfied? human as we are, im not. naa koy plans and the position you're offering seems to fit that plan. but if you'll ask me if i was happy with them, i am. the friends, the lessons, challenges, and the trust they gave me to pull it off. rate/compensation and benefits? very satisfied because my former employers can't match their offer. the free milk? the allowances? the insurance? really amazing. might be average to your package but im still thankful that i have those to cover my back while venturing into the unknown outside taking calls.
- again, i'm happy and thankful. nothing can change that your honor.. i can justify of course. by just being honest with them, i can get their nod already. as they say, nothing beats honesty nowadays .. lisod raba ning applicante ta kay best foot forward.
- they'll think twice before they leave? i don't know, but the books im reading such as steve jobs bio, click of j bezos, startups etc., ain't telling me that they think twice before leaving or it's just the kind of books i'm reading. anyway, i didn't leave because i was short-changed... and the guys i know who left didn't also left because they were short-changed . they left because they were offered something they can't resist. or just, we're on the same boat because we want other things aside from money though we have big mouths to feed.why were you comparing those top corporate to Q? Q is not even a top company..lol of course, duh, if you are working with a top company with all the benefits and pride maka think twice jud ko to leave it. There are a gazillion reasons why those tech junkies resigned.. did you interview them why? there are a lot of factors why they leave their companies which is way too different with former Q agents' reasons.
- so, i think i would seal this with this idea, people are different, some people like you wanted career , money and luxury while people like us wanted freedom and time.
- value and worth? do you know your real value and worth? because the way i see it, you don't. because if you do, you won't be working in a BPO or taking calls. wanna dispute? see the world without bpo? where will you be working? to pursue your course right? but why are you stuck there? sooo outside of your course? because no one is offering any job right? so much about the sarcasm. value and worth nowadays is translated into figures. figures that can translate to money. directly. and that's how i see value and worth. i will take the offer because i know i can contribute sa bottom line. even if naay offer and i know im not sure if i can contribute, i would gladly decline it.For me, i don't think people who complain are losers. People who knows their worth and value always will reach their goals. I'd rather complain than let people step on me and neglect my value and worth. I have principles. Of course you also have and you also complain. Would you let your boss say nasty awful things at you even though you know it's not correct? Would you let your company pay you less of what was written in your contract? Would you let them tax you more coz the system is a failure? So, if you will NOT complain and if you will just smile and try to understand them over and over again because of their lapses do you think they will improve and develop? I think this is the reason why Q hasn't improved and why the system is broken. A lot of its employees don't speak up and will just try to understand. There will be no changes and they will commit mistakes again in the future coz people don't care much. Logically, you can complain, rant, whine etc if you know you are in the right path and you have basis and justification. Sometimes, people will stop complaining coz no one listens and no one will take action.
- boss saying nasty things? it's my breakfast, lunch including snacks. it's part of the package so why complain and whine? you can resign if you don't like it.
- pay me less? is there a proof to this? go to DOLE... but the last time i checked with DOLE, no one filled a case againts Q for breach of contract.
- tax them in excess? well, 100's complained i would assume but case closed. why? because, again, there's no truth in it. and they're taxing the employees on what's required by the govt.
- complaining is good. in fact, i encourage open door policy so as to improve the system, but then again, one should be very careful because there's a thin line separating both. complain and bad mouth. and if you're a citizen of fairness and equity, you can course it thru the proper channel such as dole, nlrc, bir etc. and without us noticing, the strong words we might be using might be used against us..
- why i resign. ni rest ko kay kapoy ang graveyard shift man gud. hihihih.. and again another employer offered something. and please don't make it an issue nga im not happy and satisfied because WE can't be satisfied.If you were really happy and satisfied and you were proud with Q then why resign? Dont tell me your wife is giving you business too.lol
and as i've said, if FACTS is a form of badmouthing then I apologize. truth hurts?

- a joke? to you, maybe? but to me... nah... because it is, i should have been short-changed. they should have a ton of cases, but they didn't ... so meaning, these are just stories from the dark.
- can do it? what company have perfected the system? well, motorola and toyota almost but looked at their stocks? how many recalls? see? the system is ever evolving. it's for us, you, as a six sigma professional to step-up and shut your mouth and do what you're paid i.e improve the system and increase productivity.
