that's why i get to have my own business. coz i know there is no satisfaction in job... i came from a poor family as i work my way up nakita nako that satisfaction cannot be acomplished being employed specially if you have many wants. your delema is not a Qualfon related only issue but it is a wide spread.

your issue with Qualfon is personal that's the bottom line of all this. same with the once who quoted my name. i speak out of Qualfon company since i am pro in making jobs which your company is also doing.

the last time i checked, tech junkies have been ranting about their working experiences in amazon, google, facebook, etc. but still they're working there. what seems to be the reason why can't they leave the said company? perhaps you can enlighten us and your thoughts can somehow answer why his wife is still working with Q.

@facebook, without know-how like me? modesty aside, im a six sigma belter -i hope you have an idea what this means.lol before implementing something like a procedure, new rule, new scheme, process or system, analysts will do research before rolling it in the company. Margin of error for payroll and a new system should be close to ZERO coz it's MONEY at stake.

when you admit there's an actual error did Q "attempt" to change it? Why am I still hearing discrepancies and disputes with agents' payroll? Are there changes with that "new" system when the error appeared?
