most TLs who got promoted coz of not-so-valid reasons don't even care about their agents' welfare and status. ---->> this is soo true. and i agree with you. but fact is, it's not just happening sa Q, even convergys, and other centers. the industry's growth was sudden and they don't have the time to nurture guys from below to lead hence, they resulted to outright promotion and poaching. even in india, this is happening. try to check the management team of these centers diba mga pioneering. swerte kaau if sa other industry ni sila gikan who's been occupying top positions kay they're that competitive, what about those mga bag-o nga centers? anyway, basta ang point lang is, because of this industry, even katung sa manufacturing, retail, construction etc. are having a hard time identifying the right person for the right job because their hi-performers kay naa na sa bpo or it nga idndustry.
