as my wife.. she's an employee of Q but still she is making money through other means.. karon pwerti namo ka busy coz were starting up a new one... already applied a new business name na pud.... and by january she'll be able to finish her business permit on her name with her business name.

How did you know 4k agents na ang Q now? Really 4k? hahaha hahaha skyrise 3, not even all floors gioccupyan sa Q nya maigo ang 4k? 1floor sa skyrise 3 pila raman tawn na ka square meters oi. let's say idivide per shift ang manpower nya idivide per floors.. gosh dili nako maimagine giunsa pag utilize sa space and format sa cubicles. dont tell me double deck inyong cubicles? LOL

again let me stress this out. the increase # of FTEs/manpower doesnt always mean the company is growing. there might be growth but obviously the agents and other people are still not enticed/impressed/encouraged to apply and stay with your company. Q has no integrity and the image has never improved nor changed because of the management and how it handle their agents.

FYI, almost 4k. how did i know? what else do you need to know? you can ask me .. do you want me to name the owners and BOD of Q? cebu management team? dumaguete management team? all the supervisors? well naay dghan bag-o but i know the oldies.

but anyway, i can't divulge their names coz it's confidential.. so don't force me..

double deck nga cubicles? pwede hihihih.. but common let's be rational. per shift can accommodate 1.5k agents times 3 shifts. use your imagination. how they were able to accommodate them? duh! as if it's not impossible..

regarding FTE's/manpower planning/allocation. have you tried presenting your proposed plantilla to your executives? if it was denied, what was the reason? coz if not, then we don't need to discuss or elaborate that matter.

if it's about satisfaction, then you can satisfy but it doesn't follow that they won't be transferring to another employer. i was once satisfied when i was with aboitiz but i have my own aspirations and blue print to follow hence, i left the company.

loyalty? common, you're sooo 50's.. who said that you can buy loyalty nowadays? that's a total crap if you'll tell me that you can buy it..

well, maybe to some the image didn't improve but to a certain it did improve ... the mere exponential growth is the proof.

an agent will never AWOL if he/she is satisfied with the company or if he/she hasn't done anything negative.. else that's the time you tag him/her with behavioral problems.

LOGIC? Let's say imong tindahan gamay ra so usa ra imo gipabantay. Do you think kaya niya? Happy siya sa iyang trabaho? Can she multitask without getting errors sa sukli or dili makubitan? nindot iyang service and quality? If daghan magdungan mopalit makaya niya? Mamemorize niya tanan tinda nimo? so iapply imong logic sa Q.

dili lagi ka basta2x mohire og additional mobantay kay you think kaya ra og usa or duha ka tindira but quality and service will suffer then business will eventually suffer also.

if you're in the industry, an average of 12-15% ang attrition rate a month. you can do your research and get back to me if i'm wrong on that.

hahaha CVG is 6k. they utilize some floors in i3, i2, TGU and the banawa site. ang Q sa skyrise 3 ra and not even the entire bldg nya nasulod ang 4k diha? pila diay ka underground level ang skyrise3? diin na nimo nkuha ang headcount? questionabli lagi.
