I was asking for a payslip so i can see if ingon ana jud ang sweldo sa mga agents. di ba proud man kaayo mo na dakog sweldo inyong agents? usbon nako ha para makasabot ka. I want to see the payslip so i can check the REAL compensation of the agents NOT compare my pay with them. GETS NA? The official payslip is a valid proof of their pay that's why im asking for it. hay naku

.... my hon was not able to go to CICC where their Xmas party was held. seeing from our friends pictures and from the realization on the budget released.. murag dako2x dyud cya. whew... i envy their party... heavy budget means a lot to a business.

here's the most comment i've heard with their party...
- too crowded
- not to much food served due to number of people. but daghan pud remains (maybe because a lot was not able to participate as well.
- fun...
- 1 friend of mine.. dili daw moadto pero naa picture bonnga kaayo.

pwede ko mo apil sa pakitaay ug payslip hihihihi.. ang old pay slip lang akong gamiton kay wala naman ko sa Q. lol! unya ang pinaka dako ug sweldo maoy mang libre?

ug nganung nigawas ko? i was just giving a break sa akong self.. maligya nalang ko insurance hihihi..

anyway, in business, IF there's the manpower demand coz naglisod nag abot sa expectations, turn around time, deadlines, standards and goal sa client possible ana magpanic hiring or maghire ang company og daghang agents with lesser pay. nya magsugod dayon ang magic sa payslips and their salary.

most of the agents na niAWOL or niresign nya dili mokuha/makakuha sa last pay kay irecycle ilang last pay, tax refund, ETC ETC sa fund/budget sa company.
the centers na nigrow "kuno" kay nanaghan ilang agents, PS and stream lang daan. dba everyday hiring man sila sauna? Unsay nahitabo? gipalit sila. increase of manpower doesnt imply that the center is growing. literally it's growing its' manpower it's the demand but not the income and profit.
