    the job: super easy, with a slight exception (managerial calls)

    the client: pinamay, lisud kaayo mgpadispute maski ilang sayop. Very bad information handling from client's end. Educated but lacking street smarts.

    the BPO: crappy. VERY SUSPICIOUS promotion methods. Im not saying na wala nalang juy mga maayo ug naningkamot na agent, its just naa man jud nay mga "bad apples" a.k.a. (late/absent/overbreaker/maski unsang kabuang na pde ka issuehan ug disciplinary action) na mas paspas pa mpromote kesa sa mga nagtinarong. Ang ending? Mga bogo na higher-tiered agents na magpinamay magkatawa nlng gud ka ngano naabot cla diha na maski basic of basics d kibaw, gakiat ra ang nawong madungog pa nimog nakigtabi sa tupad mao nang wa kabantay on-call na diay. Ithreatan pakag audit before dawaton ang call, nahadlok guro magdawat ug call haha.. WEAK.

    questionable ang pgbuhat sa payroll, jst search the thread for my post about payroll and other topics

    the environment: relaxed compared to usual callcenters, unlike CVG na EOP.

    OT: ayaw mog kaon sa pantry if sensitibo mog tiyan, mgmahay jud mo. ambot aha nang catering nila gkan murag wa tilawi ang giluto.

    Sayon rajud unta ang trabaho, ang nagkupot lang sa powers ang mga way klaro.

    yeah absolutely correct... i found that out way back skyrise 1... my hon and her friends which are also mine talked about it... CVG @ Qualfon Costa Rica. murag mas realiable akong info. kulangan man gud imong information. thus that's the reason why dali ra kuhaon ang agents sa Qualfon to CVG. hahahahaha... precise and informative kaayo ko. maminaw man gud ko ug tarong and i ask questions during their chika...

    ... hahay.. dami talaga taong puro baba wala namang ika buga....

    makaafford ang Q og daghan agents coz they pay less.

    Anyone who's satisfied with Q gawas mo. magkita ta gawas sa sky3, show me your payslips and enumerate the reasons why satisfied or happy mo sa Q. TAKE NOTE: Except sa mga kissa$$ na agents na napromote without "valid" reasons hap.LOL
