Con sidering that it is almost nin e years since they were last adjusted in 1998, the BIR may consider increasing the amount of de minimis benefits specified under its regulations to make them more realistic. Employees are completely captured by the tax net under the withholding tax system and they do not enjoy any additional deductions in computing their taxable income. The government should not deny salaried workers of the little privilege they will enjoy from higher tax-exempt de minimis benefits.

actually guys walay perfect na company.. tanan naay apan labi na sa mga persons working in that company.

but to answer some of the questions here, i hear na naay bag.o gipatukod na building ang Q. and base sa mga personal naku na gipangutana na dugay na pud sa Q. They said that much better daw ang Q kay sayon ra kaayo ang work, dili pressure, spoon feeding ra kaayo, and yet dili pud gamay ang sweldo but dili puid hinoon dako kaayo. but ingon sila worth it rapod ang sweldo kay dili man pud stressful ang work. unlike daw sa ubang call centers na dako pud jutay ang sweldo, but sticto lang sa speak english policy, gramars, and then stressfull kaayo ang trabho..
