i tried yoga sis sa amo office ky ang owner sa amo company is a vegan and he hired a yoga instructor para sa office namo and ang instructor ra sad mgprepare ug mga vegetarian food sa mga employees sa office.

ayos good!!! There will be a raw food resto opening up in cebu? most people here at this forum are from cebu ba?

What kind of juicings are you guys using everyday? and what is your juicer? do you use centrifugal juicer? I use low rpm press juicer kanang mattstone brand pero naay naguba na part. kanang iyang plastic at the end where the fruit is pressed against. waiting pako sa part from davao. ayala rustans dept store wer i bought it from kay wala cla pisa.

By being a vegetarian,we can eliminate 95% of the animal products from our diet, it will save a lot of animals. Being a vegan is slightly better and decrease risk of lot of disease.

Hi there just attended a Raw food workshop here in manila, I think they also conduct one at Cebu, May naintroduce silang smoothies na pwede mo inumin everymorning, maganda pa dun everything is raw and blended no sugar added and may machine din silang binebenta, mga 13K ata. Please pm me nalang kung gusto mong maginquire sa kanila.

hala pwede mo join ani.. hehehe vegetarian jud ko since child.. maka eat lang kog meat kung mu dungan kog eat sa akong family.. =) naa mo mga veges recipe diha.. kanang modern lang na recipes.. like pasta na veges etc.. hehehe

our machine is 12k mattstone basin pareha rana sa ila machine. nindot tong triturator.

im semi veg. I don't eat red meat. any vegetable friendly restaus you know of here in Cebu?
