I once was an instructor of a training center. Every individual who will enroll in your institution will need to sign on the rules and regulations imposed by the institution (whether sectarian or non-sectarian), all institution have this one. So before signing you are given time to read, and when you sign, it means you waive your rights on a particular freedom as long as you're bound to a certain contract or agreement. Regardless of what you think is "moral" or "freedom" the discretion of the party you are in agreement with (in the boundary of what is agreed) has the capability to impose sanction upon their discretion..

Disclaimer: This is just my subjective opinion on my own understanding.

Labyrinth! ganiha, there was a debate kung unsaon daw pag orient sa rules sa handbook. Kay naa naman jud ka, how does the orientation for parents and freshmen go about in STC?

    @ DIATABZ ....

That is exactly my point here . People bash too much on the institution but they dont even know why they are bashing . Is it because of the penalty na di maka graduate ? The girls are lucky gipa graduate sila because the handbook states na DISMISSAL na man diay na ang SMOKING and CONSUMPTION of ALCOHOLIC DRINKS .

They havent even considered na swerte gihapn ang girls gipa graduate instead of being expelled . Di lang makaspo so therefore , di siya harsh na punishment .

To those people who keeps on talking about the picture na ni circulate , I will repeat again , walay ni circulate na picture . Kadtong mga girls na naa sa CR , dili man gani to sila taga STC . So ayaw mo ug react dayon na di to siya LEWD because we dont know unsay content s apcitures gyud if LEWD ba or dili .

I request the cooperation again sa tanan , not that I am a theist and a ROman catholic but be intelligent when posting . Ayaw mo ug hamag dayon without even knowing the story of the issue . Ilabi na kamong mga ANTI CATHOLICS , HATERS of the CHURCH and etc ... stop bashing because di na mao ang issue . Its not that I am offended because like I really care but you guys are just getting ANNOYING to the highest level . This would be my last request ninyo , ikatulo na ni nako na hangyo . The next time I see post of that nature , ipang MUTE tamo aron masampulan mo just like the girls .

This will take effect after this posting , fair and square kaayo na ha .

As for the defective TRO... Maybe we should leave it to the bar passers to explain it further to us... but if I am not mistaken Sec. 5 of Rule 58 of the Rules of Court, does not require a bond for the issuance of the TRO unless the court expressly provides. Only on preliminary injunction is a bond required unless exempt by the court. In this case only a TRO was asked and was granted and thus bond is not necessary.

So basically in some cases, a bond-less TRO can still take effect.

One more question: What's the cash bond for anyway?
