icomm rate is not really good.. depende sa imo experience.

in any company, what you know about the trade and what you have for trade is always a deciding factor in rating yourself , it's like fitting the best square bolt for the square hole. and the best bolt always comes with a HEFTY price tag..

I've been there. daghan sila hiring kay daghan man pud resign.

same as with all other company i guess. if you can not fit in or reach the standards operationally, you would definitely go out and look for your place.. icomm only hires the best people in the industry, if you have had a stint with icomm..congratulations! you were given a chance to prove you belong to best group of professionals.

and about growth, only to a selected few maybe 10% or less sa mga empleyado maka adto sa gawas... Dili gyud ingun ana ka convincing if talking about growth and chances nga maka gawas.

yes ma'am, you are right..since icomm is company of diverse work requirement and function, its very sure that not all employee belongs to the same job,of having a function of going to japan
nor will have a stint to design webpages
or burn fingers hardcoding dynamic scripts.
basically, all that remained with icomm knows his place and opportunity of job upgrades.

and bahin pud sa insurance, yes employee ra pwede sauna to ha, ambot lang ron.

i'll qualify that insurance as medical insurance ma'am. the best i have yet. my whole family is medically secured, without me paying a cent for it.

pero the good thing is nice kaau ang working invironment dha and people are friendly.

working environment is something you will treasure here in icomm.
it does not just come from the management, but also with all its employees in general.

Most of the time email ang sales pero naa pud sila Inbound and Outbound.
naa sab mi for Shipping and Logistics.
