simple nga butang , e complicated pa gyud, sakto gyud ... bisan diri title palang sa thread "All About the Corona Impeachment" pero e complicate pa gyud ... bisag walay labot rasonan dayon nga tungod man gud ani.. tungod ana

All the senator-judges delivered their individual decisions & explained well except miriam.

As i understand the senator-judges will vote "guilty" or "not guilty" and will have the floor to explain why he/she voted such.

miriam was on the other hand doing a lecture when all she has to do is explain why she gave a "not guilty" verdict.
Why lambast & humiliate the prosecution and the other senators who are on the other side of the fence?
Does she not know that a coin always has two sides?

Up to the very end she was hoping to change the other senator-judges decision with her pathetic legalisms.
Would you admire someone who shouts at the top of her voice just to let her message gets through?

I was hoping someone inside the courtroom would cover his/her ears so she can reprimand and shout "contempt".
i simply wonder why when corona as a witness walked away she did not even raise one voice. Surely she knows the rules of the court. Why did she not cry "contempt"?

I lost all my respects on her. She seems to have lost her sanity.

Sen. Lapid was much more eloquent and articulate in his speech while miriam was incoherent.

yup, ive read the case. i merely pointed out the market stall thing in response to a suggestion that Corona will just be allowed to correct the SALN. it was to point out a starking contrast between an ordinary court employee being punished and the highest magistrate being given the suggestion of correcting his SALN.

but twas like you're saying that they were equivalents. when in fact, kadtong sa court employee was a blatant show of dishonesty gyud. kng naa koy 1 million unya dili ko musulti nga naa koy one million, is that tantamount to someone who has 1million but it was not his yet he took it and deposited it to his account? so kng tanawn nimo all details of that case, the person was not disbarred and removed from office because she failed to declare the stall in her SALN, she was dishonest and took money that was not hers.

there was a joke about that.. on why Lapid was so eloquent in reading his speach up against Santiago's vocally rowdy speech....

My lawyer friend said that on a dark contrast.. Lito Lapid already practiced and formulated his speech 4 days before today so he was very calm already on the stand, just like a child delivering a well written poem to be read to the class... while Santiago's speech was truly a wild manner impromptu speech blabbering and making a distinctual signature on how the word 'brendamage' came to identify her....

just want to confirm, is it really SC or just a RTC? and i think it was not just a SALN issue, there was also a double compensation....

Pretty Obvious, all are just making their selves appealing to the camera, and using such sugar coated words...
