while i was still new on the wire, actually that was our first live call after our training as agents. while i was still trying to familiarize the survey we are about to do. i overheard behind me one of my batchmates practicing his spiel, and goes "hello may name is allen and i'm calling in behalf of western research" his doing it like a million times. and so feeling over confident he went on to make his first live call. while waiting for the respondent to answer he kept mumbling "heelo my name is allen and i'm calling in behalf of western research" again ' hello my name is allen and i'm calling in behalf of western research" and again..."hello my name is allen and i'm calling in behalf of western res... HELLO, answered the respondent. startled the agent goes with a loud "HELLO MY NAME IS WESTERN REASEARCH.... LOL LOL LOL. hapit molugwa akong sip-on pagpinugong nga di lang ko kabahakhak. lol
another blooper. a very loud agent asking his respondent his name
customer: my name is bob. and went on to say other things
agent: while waiting for his turn to talk he pushed the mute and goes: bob, bob, bob, bob. making sure he'd pronounce the name correctly then unmute and said
"ok bab how may i help you?" hehe lagotang bab uy
agent trying to convince his respondent to take a survey: yeys ser... aha, aha... no ser no... aym amirikan... aym kolling pram chikogu... oh no ser aym amirikan ser aym koling pram chikogu... ser?, ser? ser? yo stel der?

- well, at the end of every call, we would say, "Would there be anything else I can help You with?"
then goes my team mate.. ni.ask cya: Would there be anything else YOU can help me with?
