Is it true that it is quite difficult or impossible to be hired for applicants who came from/worked with the owner of TGU's company. Since many Engineers working with the said company are aspiring to be a part of your organization? I have heard of this since way back. Please do clarify, since this issue might discourage Engineers from upgrading their current status as an employee and be stuck on their position.

I shall assume that the issue is rumor, or maybe try inquiring the applicants about it.
BTW, It is a statement I have heard that I am asking.

First, i am in no position to even propose what you are asking of me.
Second, opening an office is not that easy. The Cebu office itself is just almost two years old.
So it s still too early for that.
