I've been here once, and it was love at first sight. I would also like to recommend Molobolo springs in Tuburan, just next town of tabuelan 15-25 minutes drive. The beach in Molobolo may not be as white as in tabuelan but is untouched. I love these place, there's no need to go outside of Cebu. =)
