Maybe it's because Sony's approach to hacker groups was too heavy handed that it consquently triggered an all-out-out war. M$, meanwhile, played it smart. They knew what's going to happen so they remained passive lang jailbreak/hacking issues.

No worries, phising emails aren't as heavy as what PSN suffers right now. Phishing is common as SPAM, IMHO.
