    check this link about a complain from an account nga ilang g scam: ingon ana na sila ka worst ron... gabaan unta ng si Litlyn Vistal ug iyang anak, Sol, Evelyn Armamento nga accountant kuno (grabe ka drama sa scam!!! so evil!!!! )

    honestly, its a small scale BPO center, pero ang hinambog sa ila GM kay the company is much mor better than the biggest call center here in cebu..

    well actually, ive worked for this company for almost 7 months, pero ni resign nako atong may...grabeh ayo ang management system sa general manager ay..tsk.tsk.tsk.first call center experience ko panaman unta..huhuhuhu

    bec. of her, all of the original pioneering agents resigned without even submitting any resignation letter, how could they do that?..eh, ala man tawn sila gi signan nga contract proving that theyre employed in the said company..grabeeh, jud kaayo..niya if naay day nga ala ka ni take ug calls because the client said so, then the GM will tell you to do some marketing stuff for the company..

    ma shock nlang ka inig payday, kay ala gilabot sa GM ug count ang day nga nag marketing ka..ang reason?,"ala man daw ka ni dial ug ni take ug calls"..hala kaluoy...
    ive just learned recently from a former agent nga for 1 month ang supposed to be salary niyakay dapat 4k, coz, she was still a trainee..here comes payday ug ang iyang nadawt kay 2kiaw ra...the GM told her the same reason i just stated earlier...grabehh jud..un proffesional pajud kaayo ang GM..hahaist nalang jud

    1. way klaro management. everything takes forever to be processed.
    2. way klaro sweldo. usahay mudako or mugamay nga way rason. ingnon lng ka nasayop ra ug compute.
    3. di kabaw mu.english mga staff ug mga agents. not all though. pero daghan jud di kamao. hibong lng ka ngano nadawat.
    4. systema sa pagbilin sa bag makabuang. linya pa ko ug tag isa ka oras or sobra para ibilin or kwaun imung bag sa "package counter" nila. wa nalang jud gabutang ug lockers.
    5. dili professional mga tao labi na staff. tawgun kag "hoy" or "dong". bisaya diay ni nga call center? lol
    6. ang clinic kay mamaligya ug tambal imbis ihatag. wa pa daw kuno maabot ilang supplies. sakto ba na?
    7. di mubayad ug overtime. ingnon lng ka nila "offer time" daw. kay ang staff mao pud kuno.

    Oi Sis.. (basin d ka ganahan tawgon og Dong... Inday-Inday siguro ka) WORST? nanong sang una sige man kag dayig anang Qualfon? Inig hawa nimo sa Convergys worst na pod ang Convergys? wahahaha i think ikaw ang worst nga agent... hangtod mahurot na nimo tanan nga callcenter worst na tanan....wala ka plano mag tour sa Teletech? Lexmark? PS? Streams? Sykes? Accenture? Wipro? or bsag 24/7 Care nalang.... dapat sa imoha sa callcenter nalng sa jollibee delivery.. hiring sila ron,,,, basin didto malipay ka...
