I have been using SmartBro for over a year now, so far, their service improved a lot. There was a time though that it really sucked and that was early this year, they were upgrading at that time. But now, i have no major problem experienced, even during heavy rains, my connection is stable. There are times that the connection is not possible, but even DSL service from Globe or PLDT has that problem. There's no system that is so perfect, and interruption is normal. The serving cell is about 2kms away but I still have a very stable connection.
This is from personal experience from a longtime user.

haaaaay.. since last sunday.. pirting LAAAAAAAG ang game nga akong giduwa... maypa tingali dial up.. dili pa grabe... kay sa smart bro.. dili na gyud mulihok ang mga tawo sa akong screen.. paita ani oi... but ok ra unta internet.. karon lang ko nakaencounter ani nga sakit sa smart bro.. sa una kay ok mang kaayo.. sige lang ka DC hehehe
