I Find it Interesting to apply as Civil Design Engineer, kaso nga lng po I'm Fresh Grad. with work experience about 4 months palang as Quantity Surveyor. Sabi po don 6 years n XP ang kailangan. if an honor student po ang mg.apply s position, does he/she have a chance to be hired? sabihin nlng po natin i'm refering to myself. i know a bit of STAAD. i'm used to view different plans of different Designers din po like SY2x and Del Rosario Design Group, Inc. and others.

frankly, no because you are under qualified.

however, you may try for an entry level position. not the same as the one you mentioned.

Fluor is more than a stepping stone.
You can work abroad without transferring to a different company.

For example, you may be hired and start here in Cebu, after some time, if you so desire it, you may work to a diffrent Fluor office abroad.
Fluor is all around the world after all.

the ones posted at the classified ads are the priority positions to be filled, for now.

I see a lot of people here everyday taking the exam.
and they look young. probably aiming for entry level as well.
