Hi ask ta ko if magpa express.. after 7 working days jud ni makuha ang passport?

hehe temporarily on hold pa ang express requests, meaning dili pa sila mo-cater ang DFA ana.. regular requests ra nya 6 weeks pa jd before makuha!

didtu naku sa DFA gahapon, nag-linya jd kog sayo peru akong advice sa manguha specially taga-city ra with the whole day to waste, mas maayu mga hapon lang adtu around 1pm. wala nay linya ana to get a priority number.

mag-linya nalng balik para sa encoding and picture taking. hehe

Kinsa'y nakasuway ug renew recently and how long did it take you to get your passport? Kay nahadlok ko sa daghan reports nga delayed daw ang pag-release. I need my passport by the end of September , I applied 2nd week of August

Before that, share lang nko.

Things needed before going to DFA.
1. Ofchurz, akong Self (personal appearance)
2. Photocopy of the following documents, such as NSO Birth, photocopy of expired/expiring passport (first and last page)
3. Expired/expiring passport
3. 2 valid IDs and have them photocopied
4. Burger or packed snacks
5. Bring umbrella and chair
6. Ballpen
7. Mobile movies stored in you Phablet or Phone
8. If naa akong uyab.. dal.on pra pawala sa laay ug kaminaw
4. The LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST. wake up as early as 1am and to go DFA office as early as 4am.

Ingan ko if naa koi kulang pud.

Here are some Guidelines to be followed :

YOUR POSE
Your frontal pose looking directly at the camera lens and showing your full face must be used. Rotation or tilting of the head either in an up/down or left/right direction must be avoided. The mid points of the mouth and the bridge of the nose should lie on an imaginary vertical line in the center of the image.

EXPRESSION
Your expression should be neutral with both eyes open and mouth closed. There should be no hair covering the eyes. Contrived expressions such as raised eyebrows, squirting or frowning are not acceptable.

SMILING
When having their photos captured, applicant may smile, but without showing their teeth and gums. The ‘Mona Lisa’ smile is recommended.

EYEGLASSES/CONTACT LENSES
Eyeglasses should always be removed before capturing the applicant’s photo.
The use of contact lenses for medical reasons is accepted, provided that the contact lenses do not change the applicant’s true eye color. Therefore, applicants are advised to take off their contact lenses before having their photos captured.

EARS SHOULD BE VISIBLE
As much as possible, both ears of the applicant should be visible.

EARRINGS/HAIR ACCESSORIES
These accessories should be removed prior to photo capturing. Frizzy/afro hairstyles should be neatly arranged showing full frontal facial image.
For men, wearing earrings is not allowed.
