SM Prime launches P20B project at SRP

SM Seaside City Cebu, Launched!




SM Prime Holdings president Hans Sy said the 30-hectare development will build a big shopping mall to be called “SM Seaside City Cebu” which is half of the size of the Mall of Asia (MOA) in Manila, or will cover 270 thousand square meters.

According to Sy, although the road infrastructure, the church and the mall will be simultaneously constructed, the shopping mall is expected to be completed by 2nd quarter of 2013.

The construction of the shopping mall alone, will already incur the company a total of P4.5 billion. Part of the plan is also to build residential facilities, hotel, apartments, condominiums, school and a hospital.

Cebu food supplies are coming from Mindanao and some part here in visayas.

pero murag sobra rasab ng "OA kaayo ug presyo. murag dili pasuroy", if you know where to eat murag daghan man barato, if expensive ang mall sa Cebu compared to malls in Davao, feel free to compare the prices of malls there and malls here specifically those branded products or known brands.

I'm from Mindanao, but I'm already living here in Cebu for 11 years and bought a house here. [I'm not an OFW]

I'll visit Davao again someday.

I think both has their strengths & weaknesses. why do people need to argue bout it. I want to go to davao someday. i want to experience it myself (probably live there for awhile if i can). My mama was born in Davao, My papa from Manila & i am from cebu.. I am not fond of manila, cebu is my home, & i hope davao will be my next stop.

Both cebu & davao are promising. Cebu has resources/land but we just don't know how to use it.
i can't say anything bout davao coz wa pa ko kaadto. but looking at where it is located, for sure they have more than what cebu has..someday, i will go to davao (then zamboanga sad). we should not stay in one place ra. we should explore the whole Pinas as much as we can. Let's try not to divide ourselves oi. Peace ta. pinoy ra gihapon ta, so why fight about who's better? darn, naa nasad ta aning atong crab mentality.
