you are actually right bro, urahara said it himself that if di mahimo na shinigami si ichigo he would become a hollow coz there is a set of time that a soul can leave its container if musobra mahollow xa... and yes spanish ang terms kinda like chads power, chad is spanish mao na na awaken ang iyang powers sa hueco mundo... just a mere speculation but i think chads power is the same as that of a hollow

that would be the vizards..they have both the shinigami powers both shikai and bankai are present while the arrancar only have shikai..that is why they are very much needed in the war as urahara stated..
