its still early to tell. suns were down 1-3 last season, just exactly the same scenario as what the mavericks have right now, they might still could pull this one out. but the difference? phoenix was indeed shorthanded last season because there was no amare stoudemire to dominate the paint, yet the suns were able to win the last 3 games simply because of steve nash's brilliance, while the mavericks right now are in full force, bringing in the line-up they have which won 67 games in the regular season.
